I had a really smooth experience with PrimeCare.I booked an appointment via WhatsApp for what I thought was a persistent “boil” — though the doctor quickly corrected me with a term I probably couldn’t repeat even with a gun on my head. The whole booking process was easy and straight to the point, no endless back-and-forth questions.When I arrived, I only had to wait a few minutes before being seen. While it wasn’t a major issue, it’s not always easy to find a clinic that makes even the small stuff feel effortless. PrimeCare managed to do just that.And while the (very friendly!) lady at the desk did butcher my name 😅, she followed up shortly after to let me know I could reach out anytime with concerns or questions. The staff here could not have been more kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came in very sick with food poisoning and they revived me with the IV and medication. I would recommend anyone to go here for urgent care!
Excellent experience I had here!I found this medical clinic through google and decided to pay it a visit because I unfortunately had to endure severe diarrhea for three days straight while on vacation. I was able to easily contact staff through WhatsApp and scheduled an appointment to see a physician immediately within two hrs.Upon arrival, the clinic was somewhat easy to locate as they provided clear instructions to their clinic. I found the clinic to be clean, comfortable, and the staff very well mannered and polite. Everyone at the clinic spoke good English which made it so much easier and stress free. It didn’t take long to see a doctor as I only had to wait for 10-15 mins since there was only 1 other patient before me.Dr. Wet spoke clear English and was able to diagnose me within several minutes during his examination. He immediately prescribed me medication, which I received from the Clinic, and was able to get me on my way quite quickly. He was very attentive, friendly, and well mannered as he didn’t rush me through the process. Made me felt quite comfortable and pleased with the interaction.In conclusion, the staff and Doctors here are very professional, friendly, and provide excellent service. If you’re a tourist like me and need to see a doctor right away, then I would recommend this Clinic!
Needed a nurse to administer an iv, showed up within 30 mins. My veins are usually harder to find but she had no trouble. Was painless and very professional! Strongly recommend if you need the at home service!
